Objective: Help Print Bliss scale their revenue into the millions by creating a scalable business model and measurable sales strategy, increasing pricing, redefining their scope of work, creating a sales team strategy & compensation model, and increasing their profit margin while removing inefficiencies.

 

Challenge: Restructuring a business model, creating a team strategy, compensation model, and supporting the recruitment of new team members, including members of the management and sales team, while figuring out how to increase revenue and profit.

 

Strategy:

  1. Complete a business, finance, and sales audit to determine adjustments needed in the scope and pricing of services for sustainable scalability.
  2. Create sales systems and infrastructure, including a lead scoring system, sales performance tracker, CRM, target customer profiles, client acquisition and retention strategy, commission structure, team structure, and more.
